Very accurate, rapid-fire long range weapon. It functions very much like an upgraded Plasmacaster, but the projectile goes through multiple enemies, like the railgun. Not very ammo efficient, but useful for stunning harder enemies or using the charged shockwave to take out groups of enemies.
